I see my role at internship as the back-up teacher. This is because I also teach the students mini lessons in which we do an activity as a facilitator for the lesson they learned. I also check homework, print out work, and all the basic stuff that the teachers have to do.
What is the biggest challenge face at your internship?
The biggest challenge that I have faced during internship so far is basically getting the hang of the students' troubles. The students will always need help and it has been a bit difficult to try to help all before time runs out and with equal patience for all.
